Michigan Integration Initiatives

MDHHS Integration Efforts include three key initiatives: Behavioral Health Homes (BHH), Opioid Health Homes (OHH), and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC). Each initiative seeks to improve both behavioral and physical health outcomes by emphasizing care coordination, access, and comprehensive care.  These programs specifically focus on adults and children with mental health and substance use disorder needs.
